my Golden Globes top 10...

So I have to admit, I was glued to the screen for the red carpet coverage of the Golden Globes Sunday night. I watched an hour of Carson Daly, Alexa Chung, and Natalie Morales interviewing the stars arriving on the red carpet. Oh, NBC your camera angles were awful...I got a better second look of the gorgeous gowns later in the evening through slide shows posted online by various fashion sources: In Style, Harper's Baazar, Glamour.com, and MTV Style. I scrolled through these while watching the awards show on my couch with a glass of wine.

Before the awards show was over, I had arranged the photos for my top 10 favourite gowns:

10. Amy Adams in Marchesa
Nominated for Best Supporting Actress (The Fighter)

9. Catherine Zeta Jones in Monique Lhullier
Husband Michael Douglas was a presenter & nominated for Best Supporting Actor
(Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps)

8. Lea Michele in Oscar de la Renta

7. Angelina Jolie in Versace

5. Kyra Sedgwick in Emilio Pucci
Nominated for Best Actress in a TV Series- drama (The Closer)

4. Mila Kunis in Vera Wang

2. Anne Hathaway in Armani Privé

1. Olivia Wilde in Marchesa

Oh I love to look at beautiful dresses! Whenever they were interviewing males (attractive or not) I was impatiently waiting for the camera angle to pan to another beautiful designer dress instead! Did you watch the Golden Globes and which gowns were your favourites? I'd like to know who's on your best dressed list!

I didn't care for the back of Anne's dress. It was a weird mesh and not open. But oh well,

I think you missed Emma stone and Claire Danes! Their pink/nude Calvin Klein dresses were to die for!

Olivia Wilde (although I wish she did something else with her hair) and Tina Fey topped my list...and Catherine Zeta Jones.

I had a few different opinions for some, but I completely agree with Olivia Wilde being number one! She was number one on my list as well!
