A couple of weeks ago, I published an outfit post featuring a head band from local hair accessories designer, Patience Cole. Band Geek is the brand Patience has built of customized head bands and hair accessories she has created with unique materials with textures. Patience's hair accessories are sold at both Robin's Beadworks and Intuition Spa in KV, as well as online through her Etsy site.
Band Geek's latest project involves helping to raise funds towards the rescue and relief efforts in Japan. Taking inspiration from Japanese prints, fashions, and fabrics, for every headband she sells, $1 will go to help those in Japan who have lost so much.
